Potato Salad
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
8 cooked potatoes
4 hard boiled eggs
1 or 2 onions chopped
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, cook until thick, add 1 tablespoon butter or
margarine, mix half and half with salad dressing. Pour over cooked potatoes,
eggs and onions.
