Pepper Muffins
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
2 tbsp. green chilies
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
Grease cupcake tins or line with paper cups. Combine dry ingredients. Add
rest of ingredients. Mix until blended. Pour into cupcake tins. Bake at 350
degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
