6 cups Chopped rhubarb
6 cups Sugar
2 Oranges
Grind oranges peels and all and Combine with rhubarb
and sugar in saucepan.
Bring to a steady rolling boil for 2 -3 minutes.
Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 1 hour.
Pour into hot sterile jars, then process for 10 minutes in a hot water bath.
