Indiana Duck Hunting
There are some things you can do to increase your chances. Other
than learning your ducks, you need to practice and get proficient
with your calls. If the ducks are coming in, you don't need to do so
much calling. If there are more than one of you doing the calling,
let one act as the team leader, and the others follow. A good idea
is when you are calling or learning to call, record yourself and then
listen to it to see how you sound.
Another thing you can do is to have a line attached to a decoy that
is anchored so its face is below the waterline. When you ease up
one the line, the duck's head will come up like it was just feeding.
This action adds to the realness of your set.
