Hoosier of 2009
JANUARY  ICE FISHING CONTEST SEE FORUM FOR DETAILS

Welcome to Indiana Nature, where everyone comes to share their Hoosier experiences. We
will list all the information we can find about enjoying the outdoors of the great state of Indiana.
We will have tips and tactics on everything from walleye fishing to elderberry jelly making..

You are all invited to join our forum and talk with other people enjoying Indiana.  Upload your
favorite recipe, or picture of your biggest fish.  Once you sign into our discussion forums, we
will dedicate a page here on our website for your outdoor pictures and your stories.

We are running this website and forums all on our own, and paying for all the costs associated
with it.  We depend a lot on our visitors to tell us what is going on in their part of the state.
Whether its local fishing reports, gardening tips, hunting reports, or just the weather.

We would also like to have a prize for the Angler of the year as well as the Angler of the month.
In order to do this, we need your help.  If you find the site useful, please make a donation.  We
will also be trying to put together fishing tournaments and possibly a pigeon shoot and a 3D
bow shoot.  There will be cash payouts for these events.

Please visit our
Forum and sign in to see what others around the state are talking about and to
let everyone know whats going on in your part.  We are just starting out, so all the help we can
get is appreciated.

We also have a forum section dedicated to all of us that collect fishing lures.  This
encompasses more than just Indiana as there are avid collectors worldwide.  I am proud to be
a member of this group of people, poorer, but nonetheless, proud.

If you would like to contribute to the writings or tips and hints on this website, please email us

even more helpful ideas for our Hoosier neighbors.
